Mission Statement
The Annak Ti Paoay Foundation, Inc. is a duly registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to promoting the sustainable development and advancement of Paoay, Ilocos Norte, and its people. The Foundation endeavors to preserve and promote the town’s cultural heritage, extend educational and technical assistance to deserving Paoayenos, and encourage the pursuit of excellence, discipline, and camaraderie through sports and the spirit of sportsmanship.
